The foundation stone is being able to offer our clients the right vehicle to accomplish this, in the form of a joint Management Company. Our unique solution is to incorporate the association of Owners as a shareholder (Owners 50%) together with GEM NETWORK.

Annually, the shareholders vote for three representative directors to be on the board together with an accountant, a lawyer and a director from GEM NETWORK. This will ensure a board of directors which is diverse but whose sole purpose and duty is to perform for the best interests of the Owners / shareholders, with full accountability and transparency.

The purpose of the Site Management Company is to preserve property values while assuring a clean, safe, fun and eye-catching holiday environment. Owners are encouraged to maintain attractive properties that have a positive effect on the overall appearance of the development. The Management Company is responsible for all the common areas, gardens and facilities such as pools, play areas, etc. Working closely with the rental company we prepare your investment property both internally and externally to achieve the perfect property in perfect surrounds.
