Not only do we assess each Country extensively to establish its long-term prospects for our clients, we review its economical and political environment, its tourism growth plans, its infrastructure, its rental market, its banking and legal systems and all the fundamentals that can reduce the element of surprise or risk.

The choice of developer is critical, we only partner with those that are proven and financially sound. By being involved from the start of a project we ensure that the land chosen, the building specifications, the ergonomic designs and of course the price! All fit within our sales criteria. .

Once we have selected the right developer and the right exclusive development, we then repeat the selection process; - with local Banks to obtain the best possible terms and rates for our clients, the local Solicitors to ensure contractually full protection of our clients money and safeguard their investment and then the Accountants to ensure that the best possible structure is put in place to minimise tax, capital gains and I.H.T and to maximise returns.

Finally, we investigate the market price and the potential for rental returns to ensure that the right yields are achievable for our clients and to appraise the capital growth potential and resale ability.
